4) What has changed you as a result of this course?
- I am being calmer. Also I am being more aware of the present situation, focusing on what I am doing and I found my self appreciating the things around me more.
- It has helped me to reflect on my actions and reactions.
- I handle stressful situations differently. I reflect more. More positive attitude.
- Simple breathing helps me to respond differently.
- In trigger situations where I would normally lose it, I am able to keep calm and think clearly.
- I feel less stressed. I am sleeping more soundly I tend to wake up in the middle of the night but now fall asleep again. I think it’s because I do the mindfulness exercise in the evening. I’m also less anxious that school is starting again.
- I am more aware of my thoughts and am slowing down
- My life is less stressful because I am doing things calmer.I am focusing more on what I am doing – no more multi-tasking crises.and more in touch with the present and what is happening around me (more curious )

- I found it superficial and I could not reach the desired level (I am sorry to hear this but I did try to stress the attitude towards mindfulness at every opportunity that there is no right or wrong way to practice. Mindfulness may come to you when the time is right or maybe not at all.)

- Trying to be more mindful even in my daily life. I would like my husband and kids to try it out I have been more empathic and compassionate.
- I will encourage mindfulness with my child and pupils
- I will teach children to believe that thoughts come and go. I will practice the raisin exercise. I will use tapping they do not like something.
- I will change myself. Would like to learn more.
